Role Description The Information Technology Recruiter is a full-time, in office role based in Anantapur. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,



and coordinating offers for technical and IT-focused roles. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, creating job postings, actively searching for qualified candidates through various platforms, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. The recruiter will conduct initial technical and behavioral assessments, schedule and facilitate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application through onboarding. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, tracking metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring processes.
