We are looking for a talented and motivated AI Engineer with 1–4 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the development of intelligent, voice-enabled applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with voice technologies and a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, with the ability to build, integrate, test, and optimize AI-powered solutions.
You will work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to develop intelligent systems that can understand, process, and respond to human speech. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and wants to work on practical applications of conversational AI, speech processing, and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy voice-based AI applications and intelligent conversational systems.
Work with speech technologies such as Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), voice recognition,



speech processing, and conversational AI.
Develop and integrate AI/ML models into production applications.
Build pipelines for processing and analyzing voice and conversational data.
Improve the accuracy, latency, reliability, and overall performance of voice AI systems.
Integrate third-party AI, speech, and LLM APIs into applications and workflows.
Experiment with different AI/ML approaches and evaluate model performance.
Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Debug and troubleshoot AI/voice application issues across development and production environments.
Develop testing and evaluation frameworks for voice and AI model outputs.
Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, conversational AI, speech technologies, and machine learning.
