Our Expectations

A graduate of a leading law university (Master’s degree).
3-5 years of skilled experience in a law firm or a similar role.
Full professional fluency in Ukrainian and English.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Duties include

Managing transactions or separate workstreams independently with limited supervision, including coordinating with foreign counsel and other practice groups.
Leading the drafting and negotiation of primary transactional documents (facility agreements, security agreements).




Providing legal advice and opinions on regulatory matters (currency control, banking regulations) with minimal supervision.
Supervising and coordinating junior legal team (delegating tasks, reviewing work products and contributing to the professional development).
Acting as one of the primary client contacts in the team, coordinating client queries and tasks.
