For the last 30 years, the model was to hire cheap engineers, sell hours to the clients, and keep the cut.

It worked BUT now AI is dismantling that model apart coz client want outcome not “hrs on jira tickets”

The good part is we’ve been operating like it since 2022

We started as a 2 member team and now we’re 50 members strong.

Primarily, we’re working on complex technological problems for US sports leagues and shipping products for proptech companies in the UAE.

All of that growth came from founder-led sales.

We purposefully delayed our first GTM hire as we wanted to solidify the delivery record, the proof and the positioning.

Now we believe we’re ready to point all of it at the market on purpose.

That’s the role. first sales GTM hire.

You’ll be working directly with the founders,



building a small and tight gtm team from the ground up.

We are optimistic and while people think AI is taking away IT jobs, we think as ai gets better, more companies understand what technology can actually do for them, and the surface area of what we can sell expands with it.

You’ll be responsible for:

First thing first, this is a founding GTM role, not a script-reading BDR role. You will run the end to end sales motion.

Research target accounts, qualify leads, map the decision makers, and run discovery
Run outbound. Cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and whatever else works
Keep the conversation going and the deal moving. Present solutions, pull in our technical people when required.
Automate the parts of the job that deserve automating. Account research, call prep, demo assembly, follow-up. The judgment stays yours.
Define how we sell. Messaging, sequencing, ICP, and the early partn
