About Data & Insight

As a part of the Central Technology and Data team, Sattva's Data & Insight practice focuses on improving how evidence is captured, processed,



interpreted, and used for decision-making in the social sector. The practice combines research, technology, AI, and systems thinking to help organisations move beyond traditional approaches to data collection, evaluation, and reporting towards more real-time, actionable, and scalable insight systems.
The practice is anchored in four core areas: better listening, rapid evaluations, benchmarking, and strengthening data systems.

Role Purpose

The Analyst, Data & Insights will support the identification, assessment, and application of AI-enabled and data technology solutions for monitoring, evaluation, learning, impact assessment, and evidence-generation engagements.
