They looked at fashion differently, and believed that fashion can be consumed with lots of fun. Bewakoof.com has always been a for-the-people brand, understanding consumers’ sense of fashion and delivering the best.
We offer creative products delivered through delightful experiences, relatable and entertaining content, ensuring quality and affordability.
The company has a revenue run-rate of 250crs, growing more than 100% Y-O-Y, and has managed to be the sole profitable player in the online shopping space in India. Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail Operations Excellence
Oversee day-to-day operations and store turnarounds across multiple locations in your region, ensuring adherence to SOPs for opening/closing, cash handling, inventory,



and visual merchandising.
Partner with store managers to optimize staffing, rotas, and labor costs while maintaining high service levels.
2. Transformation & Process Improvement
Lead rollout of current systems, tools, and operational changes (e.g., SOP upgrades, inventory management systems) across stores.
Design and implement standardized operating procedures for receiving, stock management, loss prevention, and customer service.
Analyze operational data (shrinkage, payroll efficiency, compliance rates) to identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement projects using lean methodologies.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor Assistant Regional Managers (ARMs) and Store Managers; conduct quarterly performance reviews and set weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build a coaching culture by providing on-the-job training, structured feedback, and clear progression pathways
