* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience delivering Cyber Security /
Information security projects or PMO
* Ability to work independently within a diverse, global team environment
* Solid sense of accountability with a collaborative working style and
excellent stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to build solid relationships, influence stakeholders, and
drive engagement across programmes
* Ability to act as an escalation point for complex delivery, stakeholder, or
technical issues
* Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams,
Copilot)
* Familiarity with industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
* Ability to interpret data and translate technical findings into clear,
business-focused insights




* Robust analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
* Experience conducting risk assessments, control reviews, or security
evaluations
* Comfortable working with data tools, reporting platforms, and dashboards
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with
global stakeholders
* Highly proactive, able to work with minimal supervision, and drive continuous
improvement
* Experience of Agile Change delivery, as well as managing complex delivery
schedules, risk and action logs, and ongoing stakeholder communication

Prior KPMG or Big 4 experience is essential
