Job Description
Associate Director – Project Management / Construction Management (PMCM)



to lead the delivery of large and complex projects across multiple sectors. The role will be responsible for driving project execution, client engagement, stakeholder management, contract administration, and construction oversight to ensure successful delivery within time, cost, safety, and quality parameters.
The candidate should possess project leadership capability, team and people management skills, and communication capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management and construction management assignments from project initiation through completion and closeout.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery.
Build robust working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, progress reviews, and project governance discussions.
Develop project execution plans, delivery strategies, project schedules, milestones, monitoring frameworks, and KP
