Role Overview
The Business Development Associate (BDA) will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and
converting potential franchise partners while building long-term business relationships. You will
handle the entire sales cycle — from initial lead interaction to deal closure — and work closely with brand partners and investors.

Lead source: inbound/outbound/assigned
manage a fast-paced, high-volume sales cycle with quick follow-ups and closures
Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets based on lead volume and closures

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Engage with leads shared by brands and qualify potential franchisepartners
Client Engagement: Conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand client requirements and investment potential.
Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle — from the first call to closure —ensuring smooth and qualified execution.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client and partner relationships.
Target Achievement: Work closely with the management
