We are looking for a Campus Growth & Outreach Associate to join our founding team and lead our outreach initiatives with colleges and universities across India.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, faculty members, Training & Placement Cells, and student communities.
Plan and conduct seminars, workshops, webinars, career guidance sessions, and awareness programs on campuses.
Represent the organization during institutional meetings, education events, and student engagement activities.
Develop and manage a network of Campus Ambassadors across institutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing and outreach campaigns.




Generate institutional partnerships and support business development initiatives.
Travel to colleges and universities as required.
Maintain records of outreach activities, leads, partnerships, and campaign outcomes.
Who We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Campus Recruitment, Sales, Client Relations, or Educational Outreach.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in addressing student and faculty audiences.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace.
