Integrate solutions across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, monitoring platforms, network and infrastructure tools, security systems, cloud platforms, and voice technologies
Translate operational use cases into secure, scalable, and measurable AI solutions
Improve service quality, accelerate resolution, reduce manual effort, and enhance the employee support experience
Help establish patterns for how AI agents are built, governed
