Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and elicit Radio Design requirements in line with project needs, focusing on Radio spectrum management and cybersecurity concerns.
Study country-specific spectrum standards/regulations for RF product deployment.
Identify technology requirements/gaps in collaboration with Product Architects.
Ensure adherence to Quality processes and Design guidelines.
Minimize deployment costs, lead time, and risks.
Prepare and execute Radio interference surveys, trackside surveys, and coupling tests.
Elaborate the N&T; Radio Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and configuration files.
Provide training and consolidate Return of Experience (REX) to relevant teams.
Skills Required:
Technical Competencies
Solid expertise in 5G and LTE radio technologies, including NR/4G fundamentals.
Hands-on experience in RF design, planning, and optimization.
Understanding of spectrum allocation, regulatory standards,



and spectrum management practices.
Knowledge of radio network architecture and subsystem design.
Experience in conducting radio interference surveys and trackside testing.
Familiarity with radio deployment, installation, and commissioning activities.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into deployment-ready designs.
Awareness of cybersecurity implications in RF and radio system deployments.
Behavioral & Functional Competencies
