Key Responsibilities
· Develop new B2B customers for the company's polymer product range through tele-calling and lead generation.
· Identify, pitch, and onboard prospective clients in the plastics and polymer industry.
· Build, maintain, and update a clean database of plastic manufacturers, processors, traders, and end-users.
· Provide back-office sales support by preparing quotations, coordinating with customers, tracking orders, and maintaining sales documentation.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries over the phone and qualify leads for the field sales team.
· Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer follow-up and order execution.




· Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile
· 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or sales coordination.
· Experience in polymers, plastics, petrochemicals, or related industries will be preferred.
· Positive communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
· Proficient in MS Office and database management.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
