Role Overview

Aviva India is looking for an experienced Digital Assets & Growth Marketing Lead to own, manage, optimize, and grow our digital ecosystem. The role will be reporting into Head of the Marketing and will drive business growth, customer experience, platform innovation, and digital transformation across Aviva's key digital marketing assets, including:
Corporate website
Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business platforms
Customer mobile app
New digital and marketing platforms/assets
The ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of business acumen, marketing expertise, technology understanding, customer-centric design thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities. This role requires a seasoned qualified who has successfully managed large-scale digital businesses in the BFSI sector and demonstrated measurable impact on digital experience, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Business Ownership
Own the strategy, roadmap, performance, and growth of Aviva India's D2C digital business.
Drive online sales, lead generation, customer engagement,



and conversion optimization across digital channels.
Build and execute digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer journeys and business outcomes.
Establish KPIs and continuously improve digital asset performance through data-driven decision-making.

Digital Asset Management
Lead the management and optimization of:
D2C websites
Corporate website
Mobile applications
Customer self-service platforms
Emerging digital channels and assets
Ensure seamless user experience, platform stability, accessibility, security, and regulatory compliance.
Performance Marketing & Social Media
Drive performance marketing campaigns across paid search, display, affiliates, programmatic, social, app marketing, and other digital channels.
Own digital acquisition, lead generation, customer engagement, and ROI targets.
Collaborate with brand and social media teams to maximize digital reach, engagement, and
