About the Role
Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and achieve business objectives in the assigned location.
Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress and provide insights for improvement.
Collaborate with the Sales Leaders to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for the assigned location.

Responsibilities

Team Management:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations,



and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive individual and team success.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, engaging and inspiring the team to achieve and exceed targets.

Customer Relationship Management:
Identify and prioritize target customers and prospects within the assigned location, developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our society management/visitor management solutions.
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Planning and Execution:
Develop a deep understanding of the society management/visitor management industry, market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
