Role: Enterprise Product Manager (EPM)
Base Location: Bhopal
Role Summary
We are looking for product managers with experience in implementing software solutions for medium to large enterprises from inception to rollout.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Shaping & Solutioning: Eliciting requirements from user community and envisioning product/solution that will best meet the need.
Project Delivery: Driving end-to-end product development and implementation. Managing timelines, budget and risks, and engaging with internal stakeholders and development partners to ensure successful delivery.
Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on technical support and mentorship to development teams, guiding them through complex enterprise solutions and integrations.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in requirements shaping,
solutioning and software project delivery for medium to large enterprises.
Hands-on experience in IT project lifecycle management, technical integrations, and enterprise application deployments.
Strong understanding of product design and development methodologies such as Design thinking, Agile; Scrum Master certification or equivalent is a plus.
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is desirable.
