ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
· Manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.
· Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, and keywords.
· Ensure listings are accurate, optimized, and regularly updated.
Growth & Performance
· Plan and execute strategies to increase marketplace sales.
· Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and category performance.
· Identify growth opportunities through pricing, promotions, bundles, and assortment expansion.
· Coordinate with internal teams to launch current products successfully.
Marketplace Advertising
· Manage Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads,



and other marketplace advertising platforms.
· Optimize campaigns based on ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
· Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Inventory & Operations
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock-outs.
· Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
· Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve operational issues.
Promotions & Campaigns
· Plan participation in marketplace sales and seasonal events.
· Execute coupons, lightning deals, sponsored campaigns, and promotional offers.
· Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Reporting & Analysis
· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
· Analyze customer behavior, competition, pricing, and category trends.
· Present actionable insights to improve revenue and profitability.
