We deliver greenfield and brownfield data centers on a turnkey basis: design, engineering and BIM; civil, structural and white space fit-out; power and electrical; mechanical and cooling; fire and life safety; ELV and BMS; through to staged L0–L7 commissioning and handover. The power, cooling and modular systems that go into these builds are manufactured in-house by GScale Energy — the reason we can hold a programme date rather than inherit someone else's lead time.

THE ROLE

You own the Design & Build order book across India's primary data center markets.

This is a build-the-function role: you set the go-to-market approach, open senior relationships with datacenter operators and their advisors, govern which pursuits GScale chases, and lead the negotiation through to award.

You will also recruit and lead the regional business development team.

– Own the annual and multi-year order intake target for Design & Build across India.

– Build, lead and performance-manage the regional business development team, starting with the Hyderabad, Mumbai and Chennai positions and scaling with pipeline.
