Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor at Growthkul™.
The Video
Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished brand films, corporate videos, ads, and digital content that align with client strategies and creative briefs. Daily tasks include assembling and refining video sequences, applying color grading, adding motion graphics and visual elements, integrating sound effects and music, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with creative directors, designers, copywriters,
and production teams to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.

Editor will also manage project files, maintain organized workflows, and adapt content formats for different platforms and distribution channels.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for brand films, corporate content, and ad creatives.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and brand alignment.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
- Experience with skilled editing and compositing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar).
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition for corporate and advertising contexts.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative creative processes.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of experience and portfolio will be considered.
