Company Description GlamFlame Studios is a content production studio that has created over 100K images for more than 100 consumer brands, specializing in scalable e-commerce imagery. The studio uses on-demand software to streamline visual content production, helping clients reduce costs and increase profitability.

With experience across 50+ product categories, GlamFlame Studios is an approved studio for leading marketplaces such as Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, and Ajio. The team includes skilled photographers, retouchers, stylists, and hair and makeup artists, working from a fully equipped 3000 sq. ft studio floor. Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting the best clips, and creating polished videos that align with client briefs and brand guidelines. Daily work includes cutting and trimming footage, adding transitions and effects, syncing audio, and integrating graphics, text, and music to enhance storytelling. The role involves collaborating closely with directors, photographers, stylists, and the creative team to maintain visual consistency across video and image campaigns.

Editor will also manage file organization, export videos in required formats, and ensure timely delivery for e-commerce, social media, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Solid video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Proficiency in motion graphics and basic visual effects using tools such as After Effects or similar applications.
- Good understanding of sound editing, music selection, and audio-sync techniques for commercial and social media content.
- Experience editing product, fashion, or e-commerce videos, with an eye for composition, pacing, and brand storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional creative teams and respond constructively to feedback.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects, timelines, and file structures in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Working knowledge of different video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements (e.g., reels, stories, product videos).
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior studio or agency experience in a similar role is an advantage, especially in fashion or consumer brand content.
