Role Description The Video Editor is a full-time, in office role based in Bhopal, responsible for shaping high-quality video content that aligns with visual and storytelling standards of our platforms Tech Plus Ai The Growth Plus. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw footage/Creating Ai Clones into polished videos, adding transitions, effects, and sound and making Ai based content.

The role involves basic motion graphics to enhance visual appeal,



ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and making Ai generated videos accurately.The Video Editor will also organize media assets, maintain project timelines, and optimize content for different social media formats and audiences.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media content.
- Proficiency in Ai video generation to maintain visual consistency and enhance overall look and feel.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and brand identity.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software & Ai Tools. (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Google Flow, Gemini Omni, Seedance 2.0 )
- Solid understanding of social media video formats, pacing, and platform-specific best practices (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Reels/Shorts).
- Attention to detail, strong sense of timing and visual storytelling, and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative improvements.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, design, or a related field is preferred.
