Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bathinda.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing marketing and brand videos, assembling raw footage, and ensuring smooth narrative flow aligned with campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include applying color correction and grading, creating or integrating motion graphics, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and content creators to produce high-impact video assets for digital channels.



The role also involves optimizing videos for different platforms, maintaining brand consistency, organizing project files, and meeting deadlines for multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital marketing and brand communication.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and professional-quality output.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with marketing and creative teams.
- Ability to manage time, handle multiple projects, and deliver to tight deadlines in an on-site environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
