Role Description This is a full time Video Editor role based in Sector IV Kolkata, with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home.

The Video

Editor will edit and assemble video footage for marketing campaigns, social media, and branded content, ensuring smooth flow, clear storytelling, and high production value. Daily tasks include applying color grading, adding graphics or motion elements, synchronizing audio, and optimizing content for various platforms and formats. The role involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to refine concepts, align videos with brand guidelines, and meet deadlines.

Editor will also help organize assets, maintain project files, and contribute ideas to improve overall video quality and audience engagement.

Qualifications Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience turning raw footage into polished, audience-ready content.

Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, professional visual styles across projects.

Ability to create Motion Graphics and integrate Graphics elements that support storytelling and brand identity.

Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).

Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and formats for web, social media, and advertising platforms.

Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
