Role Description The Video Editor role at Aerro Studios is a full time, on-site position based in Prayagraj.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end video editing for YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms, shaping raw footage into polished content aligned with each client’s brand strategy. Daily tasks include assembling and trimming clips, adding transitions, audio, graphics, and motion elements, as well as performing basic color correction and grading. The role also involves collaborating with strategists and creators to interpret creative briefs,



maintain consistent visual styles across projects, and optimize formats for different channels.

The Video

Editor is expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet production deadlines, and provide creative input on storytelling, pacing, and visual impact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong video production and video editing skills, including experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Candidates should possess video color grading skills and a solid understanding of visual aesthetics, lighting, and image enhancement for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess motion graphics and graphics skills, with the ability to create or integrate animated elements, lower thirds, titles, and overlays.
- Candidates should possess skills in storytelling, pacing, and sound design, with attention to detail and consistency across content series.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in digital content or brand-focused video production, familiarity with YouTube and social media formats, and the ability to follow creative briefs while contributing ideas.
