* CTC: 80% fixed and 20% Variable

* Experience: 15-20 years overall (8-10 yrs in International Business Development- US )

* Communication: Excellent- verbal and written communication skills

Required Experience

- Proven track record in acquiring enterprise customers and achieving multimillion-dollar sales targets.
- Experience managing global sales teams and working with global delivery models.

Key Responsibilities





- Drive business growth across the US market.
- Develop and execute international sales strategies.
- Acquire recent enterprise clients and grow existing strategic accounts.
- Own the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure and account expansion.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead contract negotiations, proposals (RFP/RFI/RFQ), and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure successful customer engagement.
