Powered by a secure agentic RAG engine that runs inside each client's own tenant, our products turn scattered documents, tenders, and compliance records into instant answers, faster quotes, and automated operations across construction, logistics, manufacturing, and real estate.

THE ROLE

You will own the digital growth function across SEO, social media, and performance marketing. You are comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow and can take content from idea to published without hand-holding. This is a high-ownership, low-bureaucracy role suited to someone who enjoys figuring things out and moving fast.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

SEO and Content

- Conduct keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and AI-assisted SEO tools
- Understand and apply programmatic SEO principles to scale content efficiently
- Publish optimised articles and pages using AI writing tools including Claude and ChatGPT
- Structure content for visibility in AI-powered search engines such as Perplexity and Google SGE

Social Media

- Take full ownership of BearingNorthAI social media presence across relevant platforms
- Create short-form videos using AI tools such as InVideo or Remotion
- Design carousels, graphics, and product visuals using Canva, including the Claude plugin within Canva

Performance Marketing

- Plan and run Meta ad campaigns to support lead generation and product awareness
- Understand campaign structure, targeting, and basic optimisation within Meta Ads Manager




- Monitor ad performance and make informed decisions based on results

AI Tools and Workflow

- Use Claude suite chat/cowork, and related AI tools as the primary content and creative production engine
- Work within Claude projects and use Claude for drafting, editing, research, and ideation
- Use Canva with the Claude plugin for design tasks
- Ability to set up basic automations in Claude Cowork, create skills, integrate plugins/ connectors and then utilize them for daily work

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have
- Max up to 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, from an agency, startup, or freelance background
- Comfortable using AI tools daily, especially Claude Cowork
- Working knowledge of SEO/AEO/GEO: keyword research, on-page basics, and content strategy
- Ability to manage and grow social media accounts with consistent quality output
- Working understanding of performance marketing and Meta Ads
- Strong written English with an instinct for clear, compelling copy
- Comfortable using Canva for design tasks

Strongly Preferred

- Experience with vibe marketing: using AI tools to ideate, produce, and publish content at speed
- Familiarity with programmatic SEO approaches and AI-assisted content workflows
- Exposure to Claude projects, Claude co-work features, or similar collaborative AI workflows
