Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (Edutech) role based in Ernakulam. The BDE will focus on identifying and engaging prospective learners and institutional partners for Foximize’s training programs in AI, Full Stack, and related technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through calls, emails,



and meetings, and presenting program offerings to individual learners, colleges, and corporate clients. The role involves maintaining a solid sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, coordinating demos or counseling sessions, and supporting the admissions or enrollment process. The BDE will also collaborate with marketing and training teams to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and contribute to growth strategies in the edutech segment.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, present solutions clearly, and handle objections professionally.
Business development and sales aptitude, including lead generation, prospecting, follow-up, and closing skills in an education or technology context.
