We’re hiring: AI-First Full-Stack Developer

Zaya Health is building AI-powered voice and text agents for independent medical practices.
Our AI receptionist is already serving paying clients. We need a hands-on developer to own the platform, expand our EMR integrations, and help shape our engineering function.

What you’ll work on:
• AI voice, SMS, chat, and social messaging agents
• eClinicalWorks, Nextech, and other EMR integrations
• RAG pipelines and practice-specific knowledge bases
• Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Django, and PostgreSQL
• Vertex AI, Gemini, Retell AI, and GoHighLevel
• Google Cloud infrastructure, including Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, and BigQuery
• Webhooks, APIs, reporting pipelines, monitoring, and deployment

You may be a solid fit if you:
• Have 3 or more years of production software experience
• Have deployed LLM-powered systems in real-world environments
• Can independently own architecture,



infrastructure, and delivery
• Have built production API integrations
• Use Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot every day
• Prefer shipping solutions over waiting for detailed specifications

Healthcare, EMR, voice AI, RAG, and GoHighLevel experience will give you an advantage.

This is a remote, full-time role with results-based compensation. Equity participation may be available for the right person.
