Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – Soft Services is responsible for managing and supervising all soft service operations during the assigned shift, ensuring high standards of housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and other support services. The role focuses on maintaining service quality, client satisfaction, team productivity, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Operations Management
Manage day-to-day soft service operations during the assigned shift.
Ensure housekeeping, pantry, washroom, waste management, and other soft services are delivered as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Monitor deployment of manpower and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Address operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly
Team Management
Supervise housekeeping staff, SLs, and other team members, and frontline staff.
Allocate duties, shifts, and responsibilities to the team.
Conduct shift briefings and toolbox talks.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, grooming,



and performance.
Identify training needs and support the skill development of staff.
Client Management
Act as the first point of contact for shift-related client concerns.
Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints and service requests.
Maintain positive client relationships through regular interaction and feedback collection.
Support client audits and inspections.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, client requirements, and quality standards.
Maintain housekeeping checklists, attendance records, logbooks, and shift reports.
Conduct quality audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper usage and storage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
Health, Safety & Environment
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and statutory requirements.
Conduct safety observations and report incidents, near misses, and hazards.
