Job Description:
Lead end-to-end development of door panel systems,
acting as the primary engineering interface with customers in collaboration with global teams
Define and develop product designs and manufacturing processes aligned with customer specifications and Group standards
Ensure technical feasibility, design convergence, and validation through close coordination with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams
Manage and maintain program documentation within Product Data Management (PDM) systems
Execute development activities in line with organizational protocols and Program Management System (PMS) guidelines
Lead supplier development activities, including tooling development, process validation, and industrialization readiness
Coordinate effectively with suppliers and plant teams during product development and launch phases
Ensure supplier quality assurance for prototypes, tooling, and production processes
Drive and support APQP activities, including PFMEA, DFMEA, DFM/DFA, and tolerance stack-up ana
