As an IT Executive, and services across multiple sites – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

Support IT strategy and implementation: Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across multiple properties, ensuring alignment with area, cluster, and corporate objectives in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services
Enhance system performance and security: Monitor, diagnose, and adjust performance on LAN and network servers while managing upgrades, directory structures, and preventive maintenance to optimize security, compliance, and system reliability




Resolve technical challenges: Identify and implement solutions to user concerns related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity, providing training and support to ensure a seamless technology experience.
Ensure compliance with IT standards: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements, including managing shared technology resources and backup procedures
Lead technology projects: Assist with the execution of major system implementations, including workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal operational disruption
Support hotel operations: Work closely with property management to ensure smooth IT operations, maintain critical site systems, and troubleshoot issues
