TWe are seeking a energetic and self-motivated HR Executive with 2+ years of experience to support and contribute to core HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR operations. Assist in executing workforce planning strategies in collaboration with senior HR and department heads. Support in identifying talent gaps and manpower requirements aligned with organizational goals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all regions. Source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring Team. Support employer branding efforts and maintain a candidate pipeline.
Ensure the smooth implementation of HR policies and guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and labour regulations, and assist in policy communication and enforcement.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries. Support in addressing minor grievances and escalating complex issues when necessary. Promote fair workplace practices and a culture of respect and inclusion.
