EY-ServiceNow – Manager

The opportunity

We’re looking for 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development and telecom modules to join the EYD GDS ServiceNow. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth.
Your key responsibilities
• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for telecom/network inventory (TNI)• Design scalable solutions using CMDB & CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and TSOM/TNI• Lead implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and telecom modules• Model telecom/network services (L1/L2/L3, circuits,



devices)• Architect integrations with NMS, EMS, OSS/BSS systems• Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and reconciliation• Mentor teams and drive best practices• Optimize platform performance and scalability

Skills and attributes for success
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB• Experience with ServiceNow TNI, Service Mapping, Discovery• Knowledge of network infrastructure and telecom lifecycle• Integration expertise (REST, SOAP, MID Server)• JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer• Data modeling & CSDM
To qualify for the role, you must have

College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
Approximately 8 to 12 years of experience in a development role. Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period
ServiceNow CSACIS – Minimum 2 CIS certificationTelecom certifications (Positive to have)CTA (preferred)
