The Prospect




We're growing our Talent Acquisition team in India and are looking for experienced BPO Recruiters and Senior BPO Recruiters who know how to hire at speed and at scale.
This isn't a role for someone who simply waits for applications to arrive.
We're looking for recruiters who know how to build a pipeline, find talent, engage candidates, manage volume, and deliver against aggressive hiring targets.
You may be asked to hire 10 people.
You may be asked to hire 100.
Either way, your first question should be:
"When do you need them?"
You'll work on hiring programs for Linx's global clients and collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, operations teams, technology, and client stakeholders across multiple markets.
What You'll Do
As a BPO Recruiter at Linx, you will own recruitment delivery from initial sourcing through candidate selection and offer acceptance.
