Role Description The Business Development Associate (BDA) is a full time remote role focused on identifying and developing new business opportunities for NoobSync. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, generating and qualifying leads through outbound and inbound outreach, and preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients. The BDA will engage with decision-makers, support proposal creation, and maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM tools.



This role collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoff from prospecting to project initiation and to contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with prospective learners and professionals through calls, virtual meetings, WhatsApp, and email.
* Understand learners’ career aspirations and recommend suitable NoobSync programs.
* Drive end-to-end sales—from lead qualification and counselling to enrollment and payment closure.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through timely follow-ups and relationship management.
* Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
* Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in the CRM.
