To manage all manufacturing Operations functions which include Manufacturing, Production Control.
To achieve the lowest manufacturing cost per wafer
To maximum revenue for the company.
To maximize Fab capacity and utilization
To meet or exceed company?s quality and reliability goals
To meet all statutory requirements
To ensure that the Fab is secure and healthy place for all to work in.
To ensure compliance to SilTerra?s Environmental Management (EMS)
To minimize risk for the company.
To ensure efficient manufacturing practices are in place Via theory of Constraints (T.O.C0 Program)
