Brief Job Description: Conceptualise and finalise the key communications strategy and storytelling for Jindal Stainless and its leaders through the digital medium – in line with desired business outcomes
Social Media Strategy & Management
Own and manage all Jindal Stainless social handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube) to ensure correct and approved information and messaging goes out
Guide the social media agency to derive best outcomes – in terms of Social Media KPIs, company differentiation (JSL among other Jindals), and category distinction (stainless steel vis-à-vis other materials)
Ideate and manage a detailed monthly content calendar to maintain robust pages
Ensure the timely publication of ad-hoc content and major announcements.
Publish reels/videos per month across platforms, stay abreast with latest social media trends to capitalize on them
Curate content for topical events and merge business, trends and topicals to manufacture wide-ranging and relevant content
Ensure content bucketing and bifurcation according to platform relevance
Lead and manage paid campaigns across platforms, ensuring optimised budgets and maintaining established metrics (CPM, CTR, CPV).
Track follower growth and engagement targets and monitor ad performance and cost efficiency to meet the targets
Own and modify the social media policies of the organisation from time to time, and disseminate it across employees and affiliates every 6 months
Constantly research, benchmark and map industry trends and best practices in social media for similar industries, B2B, legacy companies, and more
Keep track of pages maintained by other JSL teams to cross-share relevant information – maintain record of all KPIs on a monthly basis
Develop points of contacts across the organisation to cultivate information receipt channels
Keep track of the daily ORM for the company pages and reply with suitable responses to individual queries and comments
Review the pre-decided responses from time to time to m
