Avena is a new, early-stage D2C brand making high-protein overnight oats and seeds mixes — we're just getting started, and building this from the ground up. We believe great brands don't just sell products, they build relationships around a lifestyle.
We're looking for someone who understands people, enjoys building relationships, and wants to help us grow one customer, one account, and one conversation at a time.
About the Role
This is a paid internship — compensation is fully commission and incentive-based, tied directly to your own performance. No fixed stipend, no cap on what you can earn.
You'll generate new leads, manage customer accounts for repeat purchases, resolve customer queries, and act as a Customer Success Manager — collecting feedback, staying connected with customers, and keeping them updated on new flavours and products.
You can choose to focus on B2C (individual consumers), B2B (gyms, cafes, co-working spaces, colleges, offices), or both.
What You'll Do
Generate new leads via personal connections, Facebook groups, society groups, and college outreach




Manage and grow relationships with the accounts you bring in
Drive repeat purchases and handle customer queries
Collect feedback and keep customers informed on updates and recent launches
Maintain clean, structured records in Google Sheets
Compensation
₹200 commission for every ₹1,000 in sales
+₹500 bonus for every ₹5,000 in sales
₹100 bonus for every current customer acquired
₹2,000/month travel allowance for field visits (receipts required)
Example: ₹20,000 in monthly sales = ₹6,000 in commission (30%), plus new-customer bonuses on top
Marketing materials are provided by the team as needed.
Who We're Looking For
Comfortable talking to people and building relationships
Genuinely interested in health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness
Organized — comfortable with Google Sheets and WhatsApp
Self-driven; this role rewards initiative
Prior sales experience is a bonus, not a requirement
