Medical Representative – Hospital Division

SADCO is seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to join our Hospital Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our medical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring high-quality service across assigned hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

Promote SADCO’s products to physicians, hospital staff, and key decision-makers.

Conduct regular visits to assigned hospitals and follow a structured call plan.

Deliver product presentations and support clinical inquiries professionally.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ensure proper reporting (daily visits, call logs, feedback).

Support hospital tenders and coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Nursing, Chemistry, or related field.

Previous experience as a Medical Representative—hospital experience is a strong plus.

Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Valid driving license and ability to travel within assigned areas.

Highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
