Rhinos is a bootstrapped beverage startup on a mission to build a trusted Indian beverage brand. We are launching in Odisha, with our initial focus on Bhubaneswar and nearby markets. Our product development, branding, packaging, and manufacturing are in place, and we are now looking for a driven sales professional to lead our market launch.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand the distributor and retailer network across Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas.
- Appoint and manage distributors to ensure efficient market coverage.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with retailers and channel partners.
- Execute product launches and ensure excellent in-store visibility.
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.




- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock availability.
- Submit daily sales reports and market updates.

Requirements
- Experience in FMCG or beverage sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
