Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, SEO, content creation, performance tracking, and digital campaign management. The candidate should be passionate about driving brand awareness, generating leads, and improving online visibility through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Create engaging content, promotional posts, reels, banners, and marketing creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
Plan, schedule, and publish content based on the marketing calendar.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities,



and audience engagement to improve campaign performance.
Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
Optimize content for AI search, featured snippets, voice search, and conversational search queries.
Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign ROI and lead generation.
Required Skills
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Specialist.
Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Content Marketing.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
