Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Brand Strategist to lead brand building
initiatives for our beauty and skincare portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a robust blend
of brand storytelling, integrated marketing expertise, PR and influencer strategy, and
data-driven decision-making to drive brand growth, awareness, and consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy Development
● Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business
objectives.
● Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.
● Build and manage brand architecture and ensure consistency across product lines
and markets.
2. Integrated Marketing Planning
● Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, offline,
retail, events, and experiential platforms.
● Ensure consistent brand storytelling across paid, owned, earned, and shared media
channels.
● Create detailed creative briefs and oversee campaign execution with internal teams
and external agencies.
3. Public Relations (PR)




● Plan and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, editors, and bloggers.
● Oversee development of press releases, media kits, speeches, and brand
communication assets.
● Manage PR events, product launches, and brand announcements.
4. Influencer Marketing
● Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers aligned with brand values and
target audience.
● Develop and execute influencer campaigns including product seeding, storytelling,
and partnerships.
● Manage influencer contracts, deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
● Ensure authenticity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
5. Content & Campaign Oversight
● Lead campaign ideation and execution with a strong focus on storytelling and
consistency.
