The Protective Intelligence & Travel Risk Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting and managing protective intelligence and travel risk management activities across the organization.
The role involves monitoring and assessing real-time intelligence, identifying emerging threats and risks, preparing risk assessments and intelligence reports, monitoring employee travel, and supporting regional and site management teams with timely and actionable intelligence.
The position will work closely with regional Security Operations Centers (SOCs) and other stakeholders to strengthen global monitoring, information sharing, and organizational risk-management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage activities related to the organization's Protective Intelligence & Travel Risk Management Program.
Monitor, assess, compile, and communicate real-time intelligence, risk assessments, and analytical reports to improve awareness, response capability, and reduce risks to personnel, facilities,
and business operations.
Manage and configure intelligence information systems and sources to improve monitoring efficiency and focus on risks that may impact:
Business operations
Supply chains
Facilities
Suppliers
Employees and business travelers
Analyze and highlight emerging and evolving risks that could potentially affect organizational operations.
Develop a robust understanding of the organization's business activities, assets, operational footprint, and associated risks across different regions.
Key Duties
Intelligence Monitoring
Conduct daily monitoring of intelligence and risk-information systems, travel data, open-source media, local situation reports, and other relevant information sources for potential risks to the organization.
Risk Alerts & Stakeholder Communication
Proactively monitor developing and potential risks and communicate relevant information to regional and site
