The Publications Manager is an appointed position on the ACYA National Executive and is a member of ACYA’s Communications Team. They are responsible for supporting ACYA's website and social media as well as developing key documents.

Primary Responsibilities

Publish regular ACYA activity updates on LinkedIn and the ACYA website;
Developing key documents such as event handbooks and the ACYA Partnerships Prospectus;
Supporting event delivery through pre- and post-event promotion that summarises key points of interest;
Recruit, lead, and develop the Publications team; and
Represent ACYA in public forums, when required.

Requirements

Time commitment of ~10 hours/week;
Experience in copywriting and document layout;
(Required) Fluency in English;
(Preferred) Fluency in Mandarin; and
(Optional but preferred) Experience managing across cultures, particularly with respect to the Australia-China relationship.
