Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation & Automation Engineer with strong expertise in DCS (Mandatory), along with hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial automation systems for process industries.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, test, and maintain Distributed Control Systems (DCS). (Mandatory)
Develop and troubleshoot PLC logic and control programs.
Configure and maintain SCADA and HMI applications for plant monitoring and control.
Perform commissioning, FAT, SAT, and site acceptance activities.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to automation and instrumentation systems.




Integrate field instruments, PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and HMI systems.
Ensure system availability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during project execution and plant shutdown activities.
Required Skills
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with DCS
Solid knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI
Industrial automation and process control systems
Instrumentation engineering concepts
Loop checking, calibration, and commissioning
Control valves, transmitters, sensors, and field instrumentation
Industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, OPC, or Ethernet/IP
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
