Role Overview -
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to lead the architecture, integration, and deployment of our enterprise Sales CRM solution. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical architecture and strategic business outcomes. You will work closely with customer RevOps and Go-to-market teams. You will own the technical design of our CRM ecosystem specifically integrating AI-driven insights and agentic workflows to ensure it empowers our Sales and Revenue Operations teams to master forecasting, go-to-market execution, and end-to-end account management.
You will act as the primary technical partner for our Sales and Product Management teams, ensuring our CRM is not just a database, but an intelligent, autonomous partner that drives customer success and revenue growth.





Key Responsibilities -
Integration Strategy: Build and maintain sophisticated integration patterns between Quantum Heaps’s sales platform and legacy applications, ensuring low-latency data flow between the CRM, and external data sources
GTM & RevOps Automation: Collaborate with Revenue Operations to architect AI-enhanced GTM workflows that automate manual administrative tasks, allowing Sales teams to focus on high-value interactions.
Technical Onboarding & AI Adoption: Lead the technical implementation and onboarding, specifically ensuring that Sales teams are technically enabled to interact with AI-driven CRM features effectively.
Agentic Workflow Design: A good understanding of "Agentic" workflow, autonomous AI agents capable of performing complex sales tasks such as automated meeting summaries, energetic email drafting, account research, and proactive pipeline cleanup.
