Position: Senior Associate, Investor Services (Transfer Agency)

Your responsibilities:

* Assist to process TA dealing activities including capital calls,
distributions, transfers, subscriptions, redemptions, switches
* Prepare payment instructions and support settlements
* Maintain and update investor register and static data in system
* Prepare and issue investor statements and contract notes; support
distributions/dividends processing
* Ensure strict compliance with CSC internal procedures and guidelines as well
as the regulatory requirements
* Prepare checklists, reports and file documentation
* Collaborate with other teams to understand client needs and provide solutions
* Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by your supervisor

Your profile:

* Degree holder in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics
or related discipline
* Minimum 3 years investor services experience




* With Transfer Agency background is required; with Know Your Customer
("KYC")/AML and FATCA/CRS exposure is preferred
* Ability to work independently and multi-tasking
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT
* Excellent in both written and spoken English.
* Independent, multi-tasking, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details,
self-motivated
* Able to adapt in recent challenges and with excellent communication skills
* Mature and stable, be willing to work under pressure
