About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the analytics strategy for the Degreed platform,



including the reporting and dashboarding experiences our customers rely on to prove the value of learning and skill development inside their organizations.

You'll define what "good analytics" means for Degreed's product: what admins and learners need to see, how they need to see it, and how our in-product reporting and dashboards evolve as customer expectations for data and insight keep rising. You'll partner closely with data engineering, data science, design, and other product teams to turn raw platform data into trusted, actionable insight that customers use to make real workforce decisions.

This is a high-visibility role. Analytics is one of the clearest ways customers see the value of Degreed, so the strategy you set and the roadmap you drive will directly shape how the market perceives our platform's maturity and impact.

Key Skills

5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on analytics, reporting, BI, or data products.
