About the role
You will own our replenishment and vendor coordination engine end to end. This role sits at the exact point where sales data turns into buying decisions, and buying decisions turn into stock on shelves. Your scoreboard: bestsellers never out of stock, POs landing on time, and the founders always having an accurate picture of where every order stands.

What you will own
Stock movement analysis: Analyze item-level sales and stock data (days in stock, launch performance, sell-through) to decide what gets reordered, when, and in what depth. You'll work on our replenishment platform and WMS data, and you need to genuinely understand the logic behind the numbers, not just run reports.
PO management: Raise regular and urgent POs, prioritize what the business needs first, and track every order through its full lifecycle from placement to receipt.
Vendor follow-up and coordination: Run a structured follow-up rhythm with suppliers on production status, readiness, and dispatches. Know at any given point what is ready, what is delayed, what needs to be pulled forward,



and communicate priorities clearly.
Process and reporting: Build and maintain simple, reliable reporting formats that work for both us and our vendors, so both sides always have the same accurate picture. Prompt, consistent reporting to the founders on stock position and PO status.

What we're looking for
3 to 5 years in merchandising, buying, or supply planning at a fashion brand, D2C company, or marketplace
Advanced Excel skills, non-negotiable. You should be able to build, maintain, and improve analysis and tracking sheets yourself, and pick up new data logics fast
Robust vendor management instincts. Structured follow-ups, early escalation, and the ability to set up communication processes that vendors can actually follow
High ownership and promptness. Reporting on time, every time, without being chased
Experience with WMS or replenishment tools (Unicommerce or similar is a plus)
