Role Description The Digital Insurance Advisor role in Bhilwara is an on-site position focused on helping customers choose suitable insurance products through digital tools and structured consultations. The advisor will explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions, assist customers with comparing options on Turtlemint’s platforms,



and guide them through proposal forms and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling walk-in and referred leads, following up with prospects, coordinating with insurer partners for quotes and underwriting updates, and supporting customers during claims and post-sales service. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the system, meeting assigned sales and service targets ethically, and educating customers about digital processes and financial protection.
